Happy Ruse was launched on 28 June 1997. Ever since the restaurant maintains the classic Happy interior combined with a pleasant atmosphere, quality service and, expectedly, delicious food. From 10am to 12 midday the restaurant offers Breakfast menu that may be enjoyed either by clients on a business meeting or by chattering diners.
The restaurant seats up to 80 guests indoors and, on a hot day, 160 guests outside in the summer garden. Happy Ruse is located on 4 Svoboda Square, within the town’s drama theater.
