Main Responsibilities:

 Assists the Chief Legal Counsel in managing the company’s contracts.
 Provides legal opinions and advice on all matters requiring legal input, including labor law, contract law, corporate law, licensing, and other areas related to the company’s effective operations.
 Represents (by authorization) the company before public administration authorities.
 Monitors and reports on legislative changes relevant to the company’s business activities.
Upon instruction from the Chief Legal Counsel, prepares objections and/or appeals against administrative acts and decrees, and maintains proper archiving of related legal documentation.
 When delegated by the Chief Legal Counsel, performs control functions regarding compliance with contractual obligations, internal company policies, and operational department performance.
 Prepares and maintains a “Core Documents” package for each restaurant location, ensuring the accuracy and proper updating of all documents.

Requirements:

Higher education in Law
 Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the legal field
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
 Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion and diplomacy
