Main Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in organizing and managing the kitchen team
Ensure high quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes
Monitor compliance with company standards and kitchen procedures
Organize and supervise kitchen operations during shifts
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and inventory
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Guarantee high customer satisfaction
Follow internal company policies and ethical standards
