Job Description:

• Assists the General Manager in organizing and managing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Prepares employee work schedules and monitors their implementation
• Supervises the work of waitstaff to ensure compliance with service standards and accurate customer service
• Oversees cleanliness and order in the dining area
• Performs other specifically assigned tasks related to the position
• Monitors the onboarding and training of new employees

Job Requirements

• Completed higher education or specialized vocational education
• Previous experience in a similar position is mandatory
• Ability to work in a team and manage staff
• Responsible and professional attitude toward assigned duties
• Strong leadership skills
• Good command of the English language
• Computer literacy
