Job Description:

• Assists the Restaurant Manager in organizing and coordinating daily operations in the restaurant
• Prepares the staff schedule and ensures its proper implementation
• Monitors waiters’ performance, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction are maintained
• Ensures cleanliness and order in the dining area

• Performs other specific tasks assigned by the management related to the position
• Oversees the onboarding and training of new team members

Requirements:

• Higher or specialized education
• Proven experience in a similar position (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Responsible and organized approach to assigned duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy
