Happy has a daily supply of fresh products.

Daily amounts of food consumed at Happy:

750 kg fresh chicken meat

900 kg pork and veal …

500 kg minced meat

400 kg fish

That’s our Happy secret – as one of the largest meat consumers in Bulgaria we have the opportunity to serve food prepared with high quality fresh products at affordable prices.

Chicken meat

Chicken meat served at Happy is the most expensive chilled chicken meat on the market. Every day we are supplied with chilled legs, steaks and fillets used in all recipes and prepared on-site with one exception to the rule – our Happy strips.

The recipe for the marinade of the Happy stripswas crafted by us and closely guarded for 20 years now, shared with only three of our chefs. To lift the curtain a little bit, thechilled fillets for our Happy strips are marinated in our flagship kitchen in strict confidentiality and are supplied ready-made to all our restaurants.

The chilled chicken meat served at Happy has been certified for its origin and quality, as well as for the food chicken have been fed with.

Turkey meat


Unlike our chicken meat, turkey meat at Happy flies from Poland for one simple reason – Poland is the largest specialized producer of turkey meat in Europe. It is also chilled but, in contrast, supplied twice a week because the durability of chilled legs and fillets is maximum 6 days thus allowing for optimization of supplies.

Unlike our chicken meat, turkey meat at Happy flies from Poland for one simple reason – Poland is the largest specialized producer of turkey meat in Europe. Happy beef fillets are supplied by Dutch farms. Unlike, the meat for our Black Angus beef burgers is made in Bulgaria. First, Angus cattle is raised, and, then, meat mature in a special manner before it comes chilled to our restaurants, twice a week.

The high quality beef and the adequate cooking process involving primary processing, baking, meat resting time and proper cutting always result in a portion of tender meat.

Our beef ribs come from Spain. The cooking method “sous-vide” used for ribs preparation is the secret behind their tenderness. First cooked, then they are baked in our signature barbecue sauce.

Our pork is 100% Bulgarian product raised in special farms, supplying only toHappy. It arrives freshly chilled every day.
