- Is responsible for the proper storage and shelf life of the products
- Is responsible for the proper preparation of the food, strictly following the standard for preparing and issuing food
- Understands and knows in details the composition, the proper way and time of preparing the dishes, as well as their appearance
- Properly exploits the material base, inventory and facilities in the kitchen
- Maintains a high level of hygiene at the workplace
- Complies and follows the Internal order rules
- Ability to work in a team
