  • Is responsible for the proper storage and shelf life of the products.
  • Is responsible for the proper preparation of the food, strictly following the standard for preparing and issuing food
  • Understands the composition, the way and the time of preparing the dishes, as well as their appearance
  • Properly exploits the material base, inventory and facilities in the kitchen.
  • Maintains a high level of hygiene at workplace
  • Compliies with the Internal Order Rules
