Cook – Cold Kitchen
Duties and obligations:
- Provides quality and timely food by following internal company standards and instructions.
- Is responsible for the proper storage and shelf life of the products.
- Is responsible for the proper preparation of the food, strictly following the standard for preparing and issuing food
- Understands the composition, the way and the time of preparing the dishes, as well as their appearance
- Properly exploits the material base, inventory and facilities in the kitchen.
- Maintains a high level of hygiene at workplace
- Compliies with the Internal Order Rules
